committees

In the 2012-13 academic year at UM-Dearborn, PPHS established a number of committees within the organization, a move that is sure to benefit the organization and more importantly our members.

PURPOSE

The purpose of these committees is to engage PPHS members in the organization and leadership of PPHS. This allows members to make their membership in the organization meaningful, and extending beyond mere attendance and support. It allows members to shape PPHS to continue to meet their needs and the needs of their peers. It also gives PPHS members the opportunity to develop their leadership abilities, to establish networks within and outside of the campus community, and prepare for leadership roles within PPHS in the future.

JOINING

All members of PPHS who have paid their membership due of $15 are eligible to join any or all of the committees. All committee members are expected to be active within the committee, but guidelines regarding membership will be established soon.
